Return and Exchange

GT World of Beauty is committed to the quality of the items offered.

If despite all our efforts your purchases do not give you complete satisfaction, we will exchange or refund you without justification on your part.

You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to return the product(s) intact and complete(s) in the original packaging.
  

You can send us an e-mail on to request an exchange on an item.You will tell us at this time whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Shipping and return costs are your responsibility, unless of course it is an error which is our responsibility. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.

In the event that your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we will reship it.


If you only notice once your package has been accepted that a product has been damaged, take a photo and send it to , an advisor will contact you as soon as possible to exchange procedure. The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

The procedure is simple:

  • In the original packaging, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
  • A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. For reasons of hygiene, underwear, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (caps, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), massage gloves are neither returned nor exchanged. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled are not returned.
  • We ship the products requested in exchange upon receipt of your return. In the case of a refund, we will, at your convenience, credit your bank account, your PayPal account or we will send you a bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the address of billing.
