If despite all our efforts your purchases do not give you complete satisfaction, we will exchange or refund without justification on your part.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the product(s) intact and complete(s)in the original package.
You can email us at support@gtworld.be pour requesting an exchange on an item.You will tell us at this time whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Shipping and return costs are your responsibility, unless of course it is an error which is our responsibility. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
In the event that your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we will reship it.
If you only notice once your package has been accepted that a product has been damaged, take a photo and send it to support@gtworld.be, an advisor will contact you as soon as possible to exchange procedure. The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. For the sake of hygiene, underwear, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (caps, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), massage gloves cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned.
